Add a domain and prepare the banner

Connect your site so scans and the banner configuration are tied to the right domain.

Add the domain

1. Go to Domains → New Domain.
2. Enter your site URL (use the primary host, e.g., example.com).
3. Choose your default region/language settings.
4. Save to create the domain workspace.

Configure the banner quickly

• Open Widget Configuration for the domain.
• Set brand colors/logo.
• Choose languages and default consent states.
• Copy your Domain ID for installation.

Install the banner

• Use the direct script (fastest), GTM template, or hybrid blocker + GTM—see “Three Ways to Install the Cookie Banner.”
• After installing, test in incognito to confirm trackers are blocked until consent.

Run a scan

• Start a scan to detect cookies and tags on the domain.
• Review classifications and adjust categories if needed.
